Getting Patients to Walk Through My Door is A Challenge When They Are Used to Free


"People are used to free, so for them going through the NHS would be for 80% of hearing loss cases."
Although the benefit of going private is obvious to the audiologist and to manufacturers, "but try convincing my clients!"

"And as this is a people focused business, one hurdles is convincing patients to go private, then the next hurdle is convincing them to come to you personally. We aren't always the best when it comes to marketing, but brands could take more initiatives to help us."
