When asking what Miriam likes and dislikes about her job, she laughs as she feels as if she is passing down wisdom to those less experienced. "It wasn't so long ago that I flew to the US and met with my uncle's contact and asked the same questions."
Since then, Miriam has a Mentorship arrangement with Dr.Kit where despite the long distance, her mentor is available at anytime to discuss logistics on private audiology clinics and general career advice on progressing.
"I was lucky as I was able to find this through family, but let me tell you there are a few people in this industry who could definitely benefit from different trains of minds." :)
